Principals
Stephen Drew. Stephen has 25 years of experience in finance, Bitcoin, Investment Banking, and fintech-related businesses. Currently, the Managing Member of Bitcoin Strategic Reserve. Prior position was the SPAC sponsor and Board Member of GLST trading on the Nasdaq. Global Star Acquisition closed its De-SPAC earlier in 2025. He has been involved in the blockchain space since 2014. Formely, the US-based partner of a $27.5b asset manager based in Asia for equity investments. Successfully closing over $500M in transactions. Stephen is responsible for investor relations, deal execution, and the structuring of investments. Earlier in his career, Stephen worked at Wall Street firms Citigroup and Gruntal & Co. He enjoys traveling, skiing & golfing.
Yong Fang. With over 16 years of experience in accounting and finance, he has successfully led two companies through IPOs in the U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets and recently helped a public company navigate multiple acquisition transitions. In recent years, he has also gained significant experience in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space, advising on crypto asset operations, including matters related to asset custody, fundraising, and listing strategies.
